| Maketa Wilborn is a national corporate and youth development trainer and human development consultant. He designs and facilitates team building, diversity, cultural competence, leadership, and community drumming trainings. In addition to his work with NWP Maketa is the founder and principle of CPS Consulting Group, LLC and the Team and Community Development Program Coordinator and Lead Facilitator at IslandWood, on Bainbridge Island, Washington. He also serves on the Regional Board of Directors for the Northwest Association of Experiential Education. |

Throughout his work, Maketa incorporates the critical concepts of creativity, sustainability, social justice and stewardship. Foundational to his approach to individual and organizational development are the concepts and practice of intentionality and appreciative inquiry. Dan Egger-Belandria draws from a wide range of professional and personal experiences to create powerful learning experiences for Source Consulting Group clients. His three areas of strength:
- Facilitating bilingual drumming programs for adults and youth;
- Designing and leading diversity training modules;
- Performing as a percussionist.
Fluent in Spanish, Dan holds a Master's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's in English and Spanish from Saint Louis University. He has studied percussion in Cuba, Venezuela, Brazil and Puerto Rico.

| He is inventor of the AquaDrums, which he has toured nationally, and he leads the Austin-based Latin jazz band SEÑOR GATO. Dan has lived in Latin America, Europe and various cities throughout the U.S. He now resides in Austin, Texas. Toca Artist,, Grammy recipient Nina Rodriguez mobilizes her percussion skills for live music, studio recording, and extra-curricular activities that employ percussion to lift the spirit. Nina also facilitates Rhythm Power!™ events for The Source Consulting Group and Drumming with Nina.
Based in San Antonio, Texas, Nina Rodriguez is representative of the versatile contemporary percussionist. She knows the traditional Afro-Cuban and world rhythms but she is versatile enough to fit into a Randy Travis country session. Nina Rodriguez serves as founder and facilitator for Unlock the Rhythm events. She leads rhythm programs in performances for the public and for corporate and educational groups. Nina customizes programs and performances per client. In addition, one of Nina's greatest passions is working with children and youth. |

| Nina grew up in a musical family, greatly influencedby her grandfather,Henry "Papa" Garcia, a renowned band leader. Chris Cavert has been energetically active with groups of all ages for more than 30 years. He is an award winning author, speaker and professional trainer in the area of experiential adventure-based education focusing on how activities within this field help to develop and enhance pro-social behaviors – especially with youth populations.
Chris holds a Physical Education Teaching Degree from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, and a Masters Degree in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University at Mankato, specializing in curriculum development. |

Currently he is a doctoral candidate in the educational program at Northern Arizona University, specializing in curriculum and instruction with a focus in adventure education facilitator preparation. Chris leads workshops and trainings nationally and internationally bringing the activities in his incredible number of books to life. He works with Educators, Counselors, Recreational Staff, Camp Staff, Youth Workers, and Challenge Course Facilitators.
