You don’t really want to change

Even though you say you want to change…you don’t really want to.
Me too.

I’ve been called out. I make these kinds of declarations all the time – we all do!
Things aren’t working – I know I need to change something and heck, I might even know what the change needs to be…

Have that tough conversation…be more transparent…manage my time better…focus on priorities…be more strategic…delegate more… All things I need to do – to hit the mark of excellence.

But it turns out I may actually be more committed not to change.
That’s why it doesn’t happen.

Can you image then, why a whole team of people may never change?
There are deep patterns that keep us from getting to the excellence and the extraordinary we talk about.

Here’s the help.

The video below features  Lisa Lahey, Harvard Lecturer and co-founder of Minds at Work, talking with personal finance and business success guru (and NYT best selling author), Ramit Sethi of I Will Teach You to Be Rich.

Lisa breaks it down with science – and a replicable process.
It’s 7 minutes towards excellence. You can do that.
