Even though you say you want to change…you don’t really want to.
Me too.

I’ve been called out. I make these kinds of declarations all the time – we all do!
Things aren’t working – I know I need to change something and heck, I might even know what the change needs to be…

Have that tough conversation…be more transparent…manage my time better…focus on priorities…be more strategic…delegate more… All things I need to do – to hit the mark of excellence.

But it turns out I may actually be more committed not to change.
