Good Snacks don’t make Good Culture

“But we have really good employee snacks!”

“And we give them for free…!”

It’s way easier to buy a snack than it is to bring integrity, listening skills and uplifting team culture to an organization. You have to train that part – then bring the snacks (to the training). There’s science, there’s data, there are specifics to culture.  Read about it here.
