Team Building is a Gift: Gratitude and Business Success in San Francisco

Team building in San Francisco is a gift!

In the spirit of Thanksgiving and the entire end-of-year holiday season, we all get a little misty with gratitude for the blessings of the year. When your job (or business) has you supervising employees, or caring for them via the HR department, you see these blessings each day in the efforts of your staff. So, how are you showing your team just how thankful you are for their hard work? Team building, right?

No, we know, you’re not quite there, yet… and that’s okay!

This is the time of the year when  people start thinking about paycheck bonuses as appreciation, and holiday parties to host as acts of gratitude for their  San Francisco employees. Heck, we feel that vibe, too: we love a good bonus check as much as the next person, and, we’ve already picked out our um, sweaters for the party season. But, think of it this way, there is only so much time you can devote to end-of-the-year gratitude before January comes. Eventually, your team is going to move past the familiar gifts and want to feel that gratitude in other ways. Authentically.

Experiential team building is the “gratitude building” exercise your business (and your team, of course) needs throughout the year, especially since team building works to:

  • Enhance communication skills between team members.
  • Define roles and goals for the team.
  • Energize and motivating your staff.
  • Promote team intelligence.
  • Shift everyone’s perspective at the office, and in life.

Our experiential team building programs are successful because they’re more than just the “normal” San Francisco team building gig – they take old team building, inject it with relevance, take all the lame out, and hand it back to you with a fresh attitude that everyone will be thankful for. Plus, your team feels your gratitude beyond the bonus check: you’ve spent time helping them develop and setting them up for success – with a sense of real satisfaction.  From that, the good vibes keep rippling outward (like to your customers and clients).

Don’t ditch the ugly sweaters this season, and don’t forget the bonus checks… And, remember that your gratitude to your employees can be felt all year long, especially when you implement experiential team building. That reflects everything you are truly thankful for.
